If there is a free kick and there was no injury, no card shown, no clock stoppage, no nothing, DO NOT BLOW THE WHISTLE!
Referees are blowing the whistle for no reason in this situation. It's got to stop.

Necessary whistles.
If there is an "OK PLAY" restart in NFHS rules, please let me know.
Following substitutions on a goal kick or throw in, please do not give a verbal restart. Please lets have the appropriate official blow the whistle for the restart. Sorry USSF officials, but lets join the NFHS governed ECSOA high school board.

This is not hard or confusing, just have your head in the game.
