Have received some alarming feedback.
If it's not accurate, then great, the following items are
still good things to avoid.
If the examples have happened, and it hits home, then you need to work on your game preparation, rules interpretation, and/or overall effort.

BE PREPARED. BE ON TIME.
Referees should be on the field, dressed, ready to go, no later than 15 before the scheduled kickoff time for a regular season game.
Also, check your pockets. make sure you have your whistle. your watch. And please make sure you carry your yellow and red cards. If you are officiating a heated ECC boys match between 2 strong teams and you stop the clock, call the player over to show him a yellow card but then you come up empty with no cards in your pocket, you have no credibility for the rest of the game. And it reflects poorly on the ECSOA board.

If you are not at the touch line or goal line when an in/out call has to be made, you are in the wrong position.
Officials are still judging the ball in/out from 5-10 from the touchline. This a poor mechanic. and not accurate. and its going to get you in trouble. Get to the touch!
As a rule in the 2-man system, you should not have your back to your partner or the middle of the field.

If you send off a goalkeeper for illegal equipment, or a yellow card, or whatever, another player on the roster shall put on a goalie jersey and assume the goalkeeper role. there must always be a properly dressed goalkeeper on the field during the game for both teams.
For example, a team is trailing 2-1. they want an extra attacker. they try to sub off the goalie for another field player wearing the team jersey. NOT ALLOWED. Only legal if the sub or another player puts on a goalie shirt.
