I know...It is the off-season and all that.
So imagine that you are doing a high school game one day....good time keeper, big clock with a horn (or siren) and a play like this occurs. (Youtube link below) The NFHS rules are crystal clear. What is your decision?
(...No matter what your decision, this would be a bad day to hang around for the "hand-shakes"--judgement 101...)
