If you recall the interpretation meeting, I posed one question about penalty kick violations- What action do you take if both teams encroach into the penalty area on a PK? Regardless of the result of the kick, the action you take is a REKICK. That's the only situation I covered. All of the other scenarios are listed on page 62 of the rules book. Please read this everybody, especially in preparation for the state tournament. This is a decision which you do not want to get wrong. Also, please don't quote me directly during a live game to coaches while you are making an incorrect decision. Thank you. |
