REMINDER*************** This year's rules exam is on-line ONLY and MANDATORY. You must complete the exam to be eligible to officiate. The exam is live now until September 2nd at 11:59p.m. GO TO- nfhs.org click on 'online exams' at the right side of the page. click on 'NFHS testing site' at the bottom of the page. Create a new account if you do not have one at NFHS. Fill out the user profile. Make sure you select CONNECTICUT as your primary state association, and Make sure you write ECSOA where it says Local Affiliation. Once your profile is completed, you are ready to take the exam. Answer all 100 questions and submit. a minimum grade of 80 is required. any questions? contact me. Perry |

FYI everybody.... This exam is a pre-season study tool to help you prepare for your high school games. It is an OPEN BOOK exam. Yes I know you do not have your 2012 rules book yet, but you can refer to the 2011 book and the rules changes which I have posted for 2012. You can take the exam AS MANY TIMES AS NECESSARY until you get a score of 80 or better. Once you achieve 80 or better, you cannot take it again. SO take the exam by September 2nd as an ECSOA member, participation is required.

As of today, only 5 people have taken the exam. This exam is the 100 question refresher exam we annually get on paper at the first meeting. It is now available ONLY ON-LINE, and it is mandatory. It must be taken by September 2nd or you will LOSE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS. And you must score 80 or better. it takes less than 30 minutes. |
